L’ESCALE ROYALE
The client approached us in 2021 with a vision to create a network of floating apartment rentals in France. We created and worked together, taught the client the technical subtleties of life on the water, implemented French interior ideas, together we searched for new solutions and improved.
The result of this activity after four years: we have already produced around 100 floating apartments that are now successfully operating in France. These apartments are environmentally resilient, require minimal maintenance, are reliable and durable, and stand out with their distinctive interiors and tenant-friendly amenities.
Most importantly, the project continues to grow – our client has become recognized not only in France but also internationally, with new developments now reaching beyond Europe.
For us, this is a powerful example of how, with the right team and trusted partners, an abstract idea can be transformed into a successful and rapidly expanding business in a relatively short period of time.
