This project was carried out for our French clients. The floating apartments were designed and built in full compliance with the safety and comfort requirements of an international hotel chain, with interiors tailored to meet hotel standards.

As part of the project, we manufactured 20 vessels, which are now in operation in the Republic of Senegal, West Africa. In developing this solution, we carefully considered the challenges of a subtropical climate—high temperatures, humidity, and intense sun exposure. For this reason, all exterior materials are highly resistant to UV radiation, the windows significantly reduce infrared and UV penetration into the interior, and a reliable air conditioning system ensures indoor comfort.

The result is a set of floating apartments ideally suited for stationary use on the water, offering the full comfort package of a hotel’s Deluxe-class accommodation.

This project is a great example of how a hotel, without embarking on construction or reconstruction that would disrupt operations and revenue, was able to expand its accommodation capacity with 20 new Deluxe rooms in a relatively short time.
